Selected interns will undergo structured, hands-on training followed by real-time project exposure.
The key responsibilities include:
- Completing initial training in ServiceNow fundamentals.
- Working on live projects under expert mentorship

- Learning and applying industry best practices
- Documenting project work and updates
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Interest in software development and IT workflows
- Available for full-time internship (Willing to work in-office when required)

- Location: Bhubaneswar
- Students from Computer Science or related fields preferred
- Must have a personal laptop (8GB RAM, Windows 10+)
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Women candidates restarting their careers are encouraged to apply

- During the initial training phase, the focus is on skill development and project readiness; hence, no stipend is provided during this period.
- Once interns are deployed on client projects, they will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.

- Developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Implementing workflows, automation, and integrations based on business requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues in live environments
- Following best practices to ensure high-quality and optimized implementations
- Documenting development work, processes, and project updates
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Understanding of ITSM concepts or ServiceNow (preferred)
- Interest in enterprise platforms and automation
- Candidates with prior experience in IT support, service desk, or software development
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and project exposure may also be considered
